During the August Executive Board Meeting, it was discovered that due to a large number of officers being on vacation, out of town, etc. on the third Thursday of September, it would be necessary to move the scheduled September meeting date in order for a quorum of officers to be present to conduct business.
Therefore, it was agreed and voted upon to move the September Union Meeting from September 16th (the third Thursday of the month) to one week later on September 23rd. Time and location will remain the same (4:30pm Jacksonville VFW) unless otherwise communicated prior to the meeting. This date change will be posted on the Local Lodge’s website, union bulletin boards, as well as communicated to Members via email and text messages.
