On June 22nd, Local Lodge 463 once again provided volunteers to the Ronald McDonald house in Little Rock to prepare and cook meals for the families in residence there. This is the third time in the last year our Lodge has provided meals for the organization.
Congratulations to Rhianna Bowen, daughter of Brother Scott Bowen, who is the winner and recipient of this year’s Local Lodge Scholarship. Rhianna was presented her award by President Chris Carr at the Lodge’s June business meeting. Rhianna is a graduate of Cabot High School and plans on attending Harding University in the fall. Her father Scott is a Pilot Instructor for the CAE ATS contract.
Congratulations to Sister Boni Jo Boser for being awarded one of this year’s IAM Grand Lodge Scholarships. Boni Jo received one of the 16 scholarships awarded to Members and Members children by the IAM Grand Lodge this year. This $2000 per academic year award is great honor considering the hundreds of applicants vying for it. We are so proud of her!
On Christmas Day, Union Brothers Mark Oliver and Rob Bray cooked Christmas Dinner for residents of the Ronald McDonald house in Little Rock. ![]()

Local Lodge 463 is proud of our hardworking, servant-hearted Members who volunteer their time and often donate from their personal funds to help serve and support organizations such as this in our community.![]()

Local Lodge President Chris Carr presents the Jacksonville VFW with a check for $500 to go towards their Christmas Basket charity which provides food baskets to needy families and area veterans this Christmas season. The Lodge’s donation will allow for the purchase 100 food baskets!
