Free Notary Services to Lodge Members
Local Lodge members are provided with free Notary Public services. The Lodge’s current designated Notary is Brother Layne Johnston, Lodge Trustee & Lodge Communicator. You may visit Brother Johnston at his desk (Bldg 1231, Room 214) or make arrangements to meet in the lobby of the JMATS Building. Even though Brother Johnston may know you personally, some form of official identification is still required. Under no circumstances will a notarization be provided if signatures of the involved parties are completed prior to the Notary being present. Free Union Branding and Embroidery
Local Lodge 463 has partnered with TLC, a screen printing, embroidery and apparel company in Jacksonville, Arkansas to provide you with an easy way to promote solidarity within our union. Local Lodge members may purchase at item of apparel (tshirt, polo-shirt, dress shirt, cap, jacket, vest, etc.) from the store of their choice at their own expense, and then take that purchased item to TLC to have the IAM logo either screen-printed or embroidered onto it. TLC has a few versions/variations of the IAM logo, including one specific to Local Lodge 463, that members may choose from. Members will be required to pay TLC directly for their services, however, Local Lodge members may then present their TLC receipt to the Lodge for full-reimbursement. Please note: Members are reimbursed for the cost associated with branding your apparel item with the IAM logo at TLC, not for the cost of the actual apparel item.

IAM Disaster Relief Fund
The IAM Disaster Relief Fund provides assistance in situations where our members and their families endure hardships due to natural disasters. The IAM reacts quickly to these needs before other sources of assistance are able. If you find yourself victim of damage due to a flood or tornado that Arkansas is notoriously known for, the IAM is here to assist.
