Free Union Branding and Embroidery

Local Lodge 463 has partnered with TLC, a screen printing, embroidery and apparel company in Jacksonville, Arkansas to provide you with an easy way to promote solidarity within our union.  Local Lodge members may purchase at item of apparel (tshirt, polo-shirt, dress shirt, cap, jacket, vest, etc.) from the store of their choice at their own expense, and then take that purchased item to TLC to have the IAM logo either screen-printed or embroidered onto it. TLC has a few versions/variations of the IAM logo, including one specific to Local Lodge 463, that members may choose from.  Members will be required to pay TLC directly for their services, however, Local Lodge members may then present their TLC receipt to the Lodge for full-reimbursement.  Please note: Members are reimbursed for the cost associated with branding your apparel item with the IAM logo at TLC, not for the cost of the actual apparel item.

Employee Assistance Program

The central purpose of a union has always been to respond to workers’ needs and concerns. The Member and Employee Assistance Programs (IAM-MAP/EAP) essentially  have the same objective—to assist workers and their families through prevention, intervention, assessment, directed care and follow-up services for problems adversely impact workers’ lives. For more information on the assistance you can receive as an IAM Member, please click on the image or heading above for additional information.

IAM Disaster Relief Fund

The IAM Disaster Relief Fund provides assistance in situations where our members and their families endure hardships due to natural disasters. The IAM reacts quickly to these needs before other sources of assistance are able. If you find yourself victim of damage due to a flood or tornado that Arkansas is notoriously known for, the IAM is here to assist.  Please contact your Local Lodge President, or any member of the Executive Board to inquire about assistance from the IAM Disaster Relief Fund, or click on the link above to be taken to the Application for Assistance provided by the IAM Southern Territory.
